  • Kramer ist ein von Künstlern durchdachtes Restaurant mit detailverliebter Atmosphäre. Geschmacksexplosionen ispiriert aus Lateinamerika und Asien, krachendes Holzfeuer, kraftvolle Musik, und von Fabian Kramer vor Ort im restauranteigenen Keramikstudio kreierten Keramikschalen, deren urtümliche Formen die Aromen der Gerichte aus dem Feuer weiter vertiefen!

    Im Zentrum des Kramer steht die offene Feuerstelle – für jeden Gast sichtbar und das pulsierende Herz des Restaurants. Hier kochen wir live am echtem Holzfeuer: Aromen für Fleischgerichte, Fisch und Gemüse gleichermaßen, Grillgerichte inspiriert aus Lateinamerika, Japan und den Südostasien. Nur die besten, marktfrischen Zutaten kommen zum Einsatz.

    Ob Snacks, Cocktails (Espresso Martini, Mezcal uvm.), saisonale Menüs mit Weinbegleitung oder Sharing-Plates: Jeder Besuch wird besonders.

    Als Veranstaltungsraum organisieren wir Events, Geburtstage und Partys bis 100 Personen mit Live Grill-Action, High-end Soundsystem und akustisch ausgeklügelter Architektur, die entspannte Unterhaltung inmitten der actiongeladenen Umgebung zur Selbstverständlichkeit macht.

  • At Kramer, artists have shaped a restaurant venue of unparalleled atmosphere: explosive taste sensations, the thunderous crackle of a live wood fire, driving music, and one-of-a-kind ceramic bowls—crafted by Fabian Kramer himself in the restaurant’s own on-site studio—whose primal, tactile shapes deepen the very essence of the fire-kissed dishes.

    At the heart of Neukölln (Pannierstraße 41, 12047 Berlin), our open fireplace burns front and central – drawing in every guest at the core of the restaurant. We cook live with open fire using real wood for smoky, charred flavors in grilled meat dishes, fish and vegetables alike,  blending Latin American cuisine with Japanese and South-East Asian flavor diversity. Only the best seasonal market ingredients.

    From snacks and standout cocktails (Espresso Martini, mezcal) to seasonal menus with wine pairing or sharing plates: every visit feels special.

    As an event space, we host birthdays, parties and events for up to 100 guests with live grill action.
